The guest seemed to completely ignore the Duchess

Meghan Markle appeared to be ignored by one fan at the Invictus Games, with a clip showing the guest at the event running away from the Duchess of Sussex.

A young girl who attended the event seemed unbothered by Meghan when she approached the crowds.

The toddler was spotted being greeted by the Duchess who was meeting Nato chiefs in footage shared by Invictus Games guest Sarah House.

The clip showed Meghan kneeling as she says hello to the young girl who then runs off and ignores her.

However, Meghan remained unfazed and continued welcoming well-wishers.

As Harry and Meghan met with Nato bosses, Prince William is preparing to fly out to New York where he is set to meet with United Nations leaders and launch his Earthshot Prize.

It comes as some veterans claim they felt "caught up in the royal crossfire" between Harry and the Royal family.

The Duke and Duchess were spotted smiling and walking around speaking to Italian and Dutch armed forces.

LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:

Meghan has been accused of “trying to upstage” Prince Harry since her arrival at the Invictus Games.

Speaking on GB News, Andrew Pierce accused her of “pushing Harry out of the way” before delivering her speech which explained her absence.

He said: “She is there and she’s trying to upstage him. She goes on the stage and what does she do? She pushes him out of the way and takes the microphone off of him."
